Overview

Jyoti Kaur, managing partner at Lall & Sethi, is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2006. With experience of around 18 years, her practice focuses on overall IP enforcement, brand protection and prosecution for both domestic and international clients. She specializes in portfolio management, civil and criminal enforcement, branding strategies, anti-counterfeiting, due diligence, licensing etc. for a wide range of clients including leading confectionery companies, FMCGs, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, the agriculture sector, etc.

She is a member of the International Trade Marks Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (IPAA).
