Overview

Yunze Lian is the founder and head of Jadong IP Law Firm. He started his legal practice in 1982. Since 1985, he has been practicing in the IP field for 38 years and has extensive experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement. He is strong in anti-counterfeiting services. He has been working for many well-known international brands in their fight against counterfeiters, including investigations, AMR raid actions, police actions and lawsuits. He is a frequent speaker at many international conferences, including INTA, AIPPI and MARQUES. He is a panelist of the CIETAC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center, the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. He is very active in international IP communities. He is a committee member of INTA’s ADR Committee, and a former member of the INTA Internet Committee and the INTA Anti-counterfeiting Committee. He is also a committee member of the ECTA Internet Committee, the Trademark Committee of the AIPPI China Group and the MARQUES China Team.

He regularly receives awards from a variety of legal publications, like MIP, WTR, Chambers Asia-Pacific and Asia IP. He writes extensively in many international publications on intellectual property.
