Overview
Ping Sui is a partner of Lung Tin and she is very experienced in Chinese legal system, ranging from application and prosecution, invalidation and litigation for trademark, copyright, domain name and Customs recordation matters.
Since 2010, Ms. Sui has successfully handled complicated trademark dispute cases in China and abroad. She particularly excels in safeguarding her clients’ interests in many administrative complaints, administrative litigation and infringement litigation cases.
In 2019-2020 & 2023, Ms. Sui was invited as an expert to participate in the review and examination of overseas trademark applications of Beijing enterprises supported by Beijing intellectual property division of the State Intellectual Property Office.
From 2020 to 2023, Ms. Sui assisted a Chinese enterprise to initiate a complex and challenging trademark infringement and unfair competition civil litigation in Australia, and not only got an entirely successful outcome, but also won very high compensation for the domestic enterprise.
In 2020, Ms. Sui was awarded as a “Gold Trademark Service Individual” by the China Trademark Association. Ms. Sui was selected one of the 2021 & 2022 “Top 100 China IP Experts” by Asia IP.
