She has rich experience in trademark protection, including but not limited to responding to clients’ difficult questions about trademark authorization and confirmation rights, formulating trademark protection strategies, trademark searches, trademark applications, oppositions, non-use cancellations, review on refusal, invalidation declarations, review on opposition, review on non-use cancellation and other routine matters.
