Overview

Amy Feng, managing partner and founding partner of Wu, Feng & Zhang, is an attorney-at-law and patent attorney and a standing committee member (and former co-chair) of AIPPI’s Biotech/Pharmaceutical Committee. She has spent 28 years practicing in IP, specializing in all phases of patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, FTO analysis, patent litigation and counseling, and trademark registration and litigation in the technical fields of biotech, pharmaceutical, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, materials and medical devices.

Feng represents innovative companies and has been leading counsel in patent invalidations, patent administrative litigation and patent infringement litigation against generic companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields. One case handled by Feng concerning the validity of a Chinese patent has been selected as a representative case by the Supreme People’s Court in China. Several patent infringement cases she has handled have been recognized as leading cases by IP practitioners.
