Naomi Pearce is a market-leading patent lawyer, patent attorney, and trademark attorney with over 25 years of experience and a background in molecular biology/biochemistry.

Her global litigation expertise enables her to craft and coordinate sophisticated, multi-faceted litigation strategies aligned with clients’ commercial goals.
Naomi’s primary focus is the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals (small and large molecules such as peptides, conjugates, and mAbs), personalised and precision medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, psychedelics, medical marijuana, medical devices, biotechnology, veterinary healthcare, ag-tech, food-tech, med-tech, gene editing (CRISPR), and gene and cell therapies. She is highly regarded for her work assisting pharma/biopharma clients in preparing for generic and biosimilar launches, drawing on her 13 years of global biosimilars leadership at Pfizer (Hospira) and Mylan.
Additionally, Naomi advises clients on food standards, regulatory compliance (FSANZ), labelling, and packaging requirements, offering a comprehensive legal service for the life sciences industry.
