S.M. Algaus joins CMS Induslaw’s dispute resolution team

S.M. Algaus has joined CMS Induslaw as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution practice in Mumbai. Algaus brings over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory advisory, with expertise in insolvency matters, intellectual property disputes and banking regulations. He has appeared before multiple judicial and regulatory forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and specialized tribunals. Algaus joins the firm from Argus Partners in Mumbai.
Algaus joins the practice at the same time as two others lawyers: Abeezar Faizullabhoy, who brings more 35 years of experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate commercial advisory, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, tribunals, and in domestic and international arbitrations; and Murtaza Kachwalla, who has more than 16 years of experience advising corporates and individuals on complex commercial disputes, real estate transactions and arbitrations before courts and specialized tribunals across India.
