Simon Potter named managing director of Spruson & Ferguson Australia

Simon Potter has been named managing director of Spruson & Ferguson’s Australia practice.
Potter, who is based in the firm’s Sydney office, has most recently served as head of the firm’s Australian chemical and life sciences team. He has been a director at Spruson & Ferguson Australia since 2019, is an experienced patent attorney and holds a PhD in medical research.
Potter has been an accomplished professional services leader in his various roles at Spruson & Ferguson, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the firm and its operations since commencing 16 years ago.
“I am excited to take on this role and continuing to work with my exceptional colleagues in this new capacity. We have a great team who will continue to service our clients well, and work hard to grow our business.” Potter said.
