Shook, Hardy & Bacon Promoted 12 Attorneys To Partners

Shook, Hardy & Bacon has announced the promotion of 12 attorneys to the level of partner, including Thomas Moga, an IP lawyer in the firm’s Washington, DC, office.
Moga has extensive experience with work in Asia, especially China. He has organized and participated in several intellectual property delegations to Asia, both governmental and nongovernmental, and manages patent enforcement and anti-counterfeiting actions in Asia, including overseeing initial counterfeit product investigation, selecting and working with local investigators, selecting and working with local counsel, preparing administrative and judicial documents, and participating in raids.
