Samsung Electronics IP Centre Former VP Joins Bae, Kim & Lee

Ki Joong Kang, former vice president of the Samsung Electronics IP Centre, has joined the IP practice at Bae, Kim & Lee in Seoul as a partner. Kang, who was in charge of various IP disputes such as the patent battle between Samsung Electronics and Apple, also gained extensive experience in domestic IP litigation while serving as a patent court judge and Supreme Court research judge prior to joining Samsung Electronics.
