Richard Thurston, Former Senior Vice President & General Counsel Of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Joins IIPCC Executive Advisory Committee

The International IP Commercialization Council (IIPCC) is proud to announce that Dr. Richard L. Thurston has joined its Executive Advisory Committee.
Dr. Thurston is the former Senior Vice President and General Counsel as well as Chief Proprietary Information Officer (Trade Secrets), Corporate Compliance Officer of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. (TSMC). Prior to joining TSMC, he served as Regional Counsel, Asia Pacific and Vice President, Corporate Staff, and Assistant General Counsel at Texas Instruments, a Partner at Kelt Capital Partners, LP, a member of Haynes and Boone and is currently an of counsel for Duane Morris.
