LESI webinar on how Covid- 19 has changed IP practices

The Chemical, Energy, Environmental and Materials (CEEM) Committee of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) will be hosting a webinar about how the Covid-19 pandemic has changed intellectual property practices in the CEEM sectors, including IP portfolio management.
The webinar will be on June 24, 2020, 9:00am - 10:15am (EDT), 2:00pm - 3:15pm (UK time).
Titled “Protection, Enforcement and Licensing of Trade Secrets in view of Covid-19 Pandemic,” discussions will also include global strategies and valuable advice on how to develop or modify a company’s internal trade secrets protection capability to curb risks and maximize value.
The panelists are Tim Kinn, commercial advisor at ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company; Charlotta Ljungdahl, vice president - Group IP at Air Liquide; Rebecca McCrackan, principal advisor at Rio Tinto; Suracha Udomsak, R&D director and emerging business director at SCG Chemical; and Dallas Wilkinson, managing director - Asia Pacific at Dennemeyer Group.
The webinar will be moderated by Ningling Wang, managing partner at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner in Shanghai.
