Kanan Rele Joins Singh & Singh | Malhotra & Hegde

Kanan Rele, who was vice president and head of legal at advertising, marketing and PR firm Ogilvy & Mather, has joined Singh & Singh | Malhotra & Hegde in Mumbai as a partner. Rele has more than 15 years of experience and specializes in media and information technology laws. “We are excited to announce that Kanan has joined the firm at an important juncture, since we are in a fast growth phase. Kanan has a very firm and strong foothold in various areas of law with an emphasis in the areas of TMT and corporate laws with an overall extensive and in-depth in-house expertise, this makes her adept at understanding the business and commercial aspects involved in every transaction which gives her that competitive edge,” said SSMH founder and managing partner Vanditta Malhotra Hegde.
SSMH was set up as a collaboration with Delhi-based Singh & Singh.
