Denis Kudryavtsev has joined Gorodissky & Partners as a lawyer in Moscow.  

Kudryavtsev has extensive experience in working with Russian and international clients on different IP projects, including trademarks and industrial designs enforcement, litigation and dispute resolution, unfair competition, copyright and related rights and anti-piracy, know-how and trade secrets protection, as well as legal support in commercial IP and IT transactions.  

His recent work includes protection of a well-known restaurateur’s trademark portfolio in a series of disputes concerning his trademarks in judicial and administrative bodies; providing support for a series of disputes between two famous coffee brands’ trademarks at the Chamber for Patent Disputes and the Court for Intellectual Property Rights, which arose after the sale of Russian assets by an international brand; and enforcement of copyrights over packaging design belonging to a major player in the FMCG market through litigation before arbitration courts. 

Kudryavtsev is a regular speaker at major Russian IP conferences and seminars. His expertise and practice in resolving IP disputes has been recognized by the Rossiyskaya Gazeta rankings.  

Prior to joining Gorodissky & Partners, Kudryavtsev worked in the Intellectual Property Rights Court and also at the Semenov & Pevzner and Patentus law firms.
