Clayton Utz Names Ken Saurajen Partner Of National IP And Technology Practice

Clayton Utz has named information technology lawyer Ken Saurajen a partner in its national IP and technology practice. Saurajen joins Clayton Utz in Sydney from Gilbert + Tobin, where he has practised for 10 years and has been a partner since 2010. Prior to 2004, he worked in the corporate and information technology law practices in the Singapore and Sydney offices of a major international law firm. He has also worked in-house as a corporate counsel with ninemsn and SingTel Optus. He specializes in largescale and complex IT procurements, outsourcing and transformation projects, software and technology licensing, electronic payment systems and telecommunications. He has also advised on many complex projects outside the traditional IT sphere.
