Anand Mehta has joined Khaitan & Co in Mumbai as partner. In addition to his work in corporate mergers and acquisitions, he also has experience in IP matters, including tradeamark, copyright, rights of privacy and trade secrets, and employment and real estate. He is a qualified advocate and company secretary, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
