Anand And Anand Promotes Four Attorneys As Partners

Anand and Anand has taken several steps to strengthen its leadership pipeline. The firm, which recently concluded its 90th anniversary celebrations, has designated the following attorneys as partners:
Shantanu Sahay, who leads the firm’s IT and e-commerce law practice group, which advises many of the world’s leading software companies.
K Premchandar, who has played a pivotal role in developing Anand and Anand’s Chennai office practice over the last decade, especially in trademarks, IPAB work and litigation.
Tusha Malhotra, who is a keen litigator and successfully handles complex pharma patent and copyright litigation.
