Allira Hudson-Gofers joins Dentons’ patents team

Allira Hudson-Gofers has joined Dentons’ Australasian patents team as partner and patent attorney.
Based in Sydney, Hudson-Gofers will add expertise to the firm’s Australasian patents team, which operates from Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland. She brings extensive experience in patents, designs, and IP strategy and commercialization, working across sectors including engineering, robotics and control systems, sporting technologies, transportation and consumer products, building systems and construction, mining, agricultural technologies and manufacturing. Having worked in-house in research and as a regulatory affairs specialist for a global leader in medical devices, Hudson-Gofers has a deep understanding of the commercial realities of her clients’ businesses. She advises clients on patentability, strategy development, invalidity, infringement and freedom to operate matters.

Hudson-Gofers was previously a principal at IPH Limited.
