Abhilekh Verma has joined Khaitan & Co as partner in the firm’s Bangalore office. He is a qualified advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, he served more than four years as partner at another Indian law firm. While he specializes in corporate laws, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, his practice also includes technology transfers and commercial contracts. He previously served as in-house counsel for Bharti Group.
