Indonesian Trademark Law Amended

The Indonesian parliament recently amended the current trademark law on October 27, 2016. The amendment enhances trademarks in line with international conventions and standards. Moreover, the amendment will help boost the development of the creative economy and trade of Indonesian products in the international market.
