Overview

S&O IP deals with the full range of IP matters in Kazakhstan, from registration and commercialization to the enforcement of IP rights, with a strong focus on trademarks and copyrights.

S&O works closely with the Department of Intellectual Property Rights, Customs, Police and KAZPATENT (Kazakh PTO). We also have an in-house investigation team that identifies sightings, conducting in-depth investigations and monitoring online counterfeits. We provide comprehensive enforcement and investigative services formany leading brand owners.
