Overview

S&O IP deals with the full range of IP matters in Cambodia, from registration and commercialization to the enforcement of IP rights, with a strong focus on trademarks and copyrights.

S&O works closely with the Department of Intellectual Property Rights, Customs, General Directorate of Consumer Protection, Competition, and Fraud Prevention, Cambodia Counter Counterfeit Committee and the Economic Police. We also have an in-house investigation team that identifies sightings, conducting in-depth investigations and monitoring online counterfeits. We provide comprehensive enforcement and investigative services for many leading brand owners.
