Overview

Kritsana Mingtongkhum is a partner at Satyapon & Partners, heading the extremely busy trademark and litigation departments at the firm. Mingtongkhum is one of the most recognized IP lawyers in Thailand, held in utmost regard by his peers in the industry. He has been elected to a third term on the ASEAN IPA Thailand Committee, and as a member of the APAA Trademark Committee. After many years of volunteer service to the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (IPAT), he has now been appointed general secretary of the organization.
