Yvonne Tang is a director in Drew & Napier’s intellectual property department with over 20 years of experience in IP law. A trusted adviser to both multinational and local companies, Tang’s expertise spans the full spectrum of IP protection, enforcement and strategy.
Tang’s contentious IP practice focuses on trademark and copyright infringement, passing off and opposition proceedings. She has extensive experience conducting anti-counterfeiting actions, including criminal raids of counterfeit goods and representing clients in domain name disputes under the Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (SDRP). Beyond enforcement, she advises on portfolio management, brand protection strategies, and corporate IP matters, including licensing and franchising of IP assets.
