Yee-Swan Boo joins Amica Law as director

Singapore IP lawyer joins firm from Lee & Lee, where she was a partner.
Yee-Swan Boo has joined Amica Law in Singapore a director of the firm. She was previously a partner at Lee & Lee in Singapore, where she was responsible for the prosecution and management of trademark, design and patent matters.
Boo is an experienced IP lawyer, with more than 30 years of experience, who has been recognized as a leading lawyer by Asia IP Experts and other publications. She started her legal career in the public sector with the Singapore Legal Service, as a legal officer in the Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office, before practising litigation in copyright and trademark matters when she entered private practice. Her present focus is IP protection and management, including brand clearance and protection of IP rights; contentious opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings; and providing strategies for protection of IP rights worldwide.
The firm also welcomed Dillon Marc Tan and Christine Saw to the firm, where they are legal associates in its technology and licensing group, and Sue Hern Haw, who is a patent associate in the patents group.
