Rohan Singh re-joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai

Rohan Singh has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in its corporate practice. He will be based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Singh has more than 14 years of experience in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, cross-border investments and general corporate matters. He has worked with leading domestic and foreign corporations, private equity investors and financial sponsors in a range of industry sectors, including financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, ecommerce, real estate (information technology parks and education infrastructure), and manufacturing.
