Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Has Named Saskia Jahn And Adrian Crooks Partners

Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick has named Saskia Jahn and Adrian Crooks partners of the firm. Jahn is a member of the firm’s electronics, physics and information technology team, where she has extensive experience in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of fields including software, business methods, eCommerce and spatial information systems. She is also responsible for managing significant trademark portfolios for some of Australia’s biggest corporations. Crooks has been involved in a variety of litigious matters, including complex patent infringement proceedings for mechanical devices through to major pharmaceutical litigation. He is also experienced in trademark, design and copyright litigation. The firm also appointed three new associates in Fiona Galbraith (litigation), Anita Brown (trademarks) and Mark Wickham (patents, biotechnology).
