DLA Phillips Fox Names Tony Holland New Chief Executive
05 December 2012
DLA Phillips Fox, the DLA Piper alliance partner in Australia, has named Tony Holland its new chief executive, effective February 15. Holland is DLA Piper’s regional head of finance for the Middle East and managing partner of the firm’s Dubai office. Holland was previously a partner at Australian firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
He replaces outgoing chief executive Tony Crawford, who announced earlier this year that he would be stepping down in early 2010, after ten years in the role.
“I know DLA Phillips Fox well, and see them as a strong player with great potential in the Asia Pacific region,” said Holland. “Tony Crawford is leaving the firm in great shape to take advantage of the many opportunities as economic conditions improve in Australia and the surrounding region.”
