Luthra & Luthra Hires Akhil Anand As Litigation Partner

Luthra & Luthra has hired Akhil Anand as a litigation partner in its Delhi office from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Anand has 15 years’ experience and has handled matters relating to Information Technology Act, as well as the Companies Act, Arbitration Act and criminal laws. Anand has handled litigations before the trial courts, consumer forums, Company Law Board, various high courts across the country and the Supreme Court for various multinational companies. He was previously led the litigation practice at Poovayya & Co. in Delhi, and had started his career as an associate at Luthra & Luthra.
