Daniel Chan Joins RHTLaw Taylor Wessing As A Partner

Daniel Chan has joined RHTLaw Taylor Wessing as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice. Chan, who joined from Yusarn Audrey, has been in practice in Singapore since 2004 and has advised clients in the telecommunications, e-commerce, software, electronics, education, food and beverage industries. He also advises on the intellectual property aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including collaborations, licensing and franchising, OEM and ODM, distribution and agency; and research and development agreements.
