ATMD Bird & Bird Announced Lorraine Anne Tay As Partner

ATMD Bird & Bird has announced that Lorraine Anne Tay has joined its intellectual property and technology group as a partner, joining from Baker & McKenzie. Wong & Leow.
Tay has more than 15 years of experience in IP with a focus on noncontentious and general IP advisory work. She has developed a particular expertise in dealing with multijurisdictional portfolios and complex cross-border IP issues and disputes including oppositions and negotiations. She also manages commercial transactions involving IP issues and has experience in managing global due diligence. The firm’s IP & T group is the largest practice group in the firm, and was named Singapore Patent Firm of the Year at the 2011 Asia IP Awards.
