Andre Seah joins OC Queen Street as counsel

Andre Seah has joined Osborne Clarke’s Singapore office OC Queen Street (OCQS) as a counsel. Seah is a finance and securities lawyer with a broad range of experience in the areas of corporate finance, private equity and venture lending, and digital finance. He joins Osborne Clarke from Allen & Overy and has previously worked at Clifford Chance and Allen & Gledhill.
Seah helps corporate clients in Southeast Asia navigate through the entire lifecycle of a debt – from the initial fund-raising stage to refinancing and restructuring. His practice involves traditional bank financing and capital markets issuances across a wide range of sectors including technology, real estate, energy and asset management. His experience will complement OCQS’s significant fintech and cryptocurrency expertise; Seah is able to support OCQS’s clients in the digital financial marketplace with fintech P2P lending platforms, crypto hedge funds and blockchain funds. Andre also has securities law expertise and is able to advise on work with digital tokens and crypto derivative products.
