He is renowned as one of the brightest legal analysts in Korea. He has represented and counseled leading multinational companies and cutting-edge technology companies in various industries such as software, telecommunications, electronics, chemicals, life sciences and entertainment, in connection with patents, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyrights and domain names. Having worked closely with many U.S. law firms, he is well versed in IP litigation procedures in the U.S, including ITC actions, and has provided valuable assistance to Korean companies that are not familiar with the US litigation system.

He is also an expert in IP surveillance and border enforcement with an in-depth knowledge of the proceedings before the Korea Trade Commission.
