TM Journal Goes Online

India’s Trade Marks Journal will be published free of charge at the Trade Marks Registry’s web site, www.ipindia.nic.in, effective April 1, according to P H Kurian, India’s controller general of patents, designs, trademarks and GI.
Kurian said that with online publication, the CD-ROM version of the Trade Marks Journal has ceased publication and is no longer available for purchase.
