Court Removes Trump Card for Infringers

The Malaysian Federal Court has ruled that the baker of a popular cream-filled snack cannot be considered a “person aggrieved” when it was held to be an infringer of the same trademark it wished to cancel. Yvonne Ong and Marie Soong report from Kuala Lumpur.
