Angeline Lee Named Associate Principal and Head of IP Rights Registration At Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow

Angeline Lee has been named associate principal and head of the intellectual property rights registration team at Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow. Prior to her promotion, she was a supervisor of the non-contentious trademarks, patents and designs team in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Before joining the Firm, she practiced IP law at various leading practices in Singapore. Lee’s practice covers noncontentious IP with particular focus on the prosecution of trademarks, patents and designs registrations. Shedeals with multi-jurisdictional issues to achieve consistent and coherent global business objectives.
Lee’s practice also includes conducting trademark clearance searches and devising strategies to address and reconcile varying obstacles to protection or infringement risks between jurisdictions; negotiating and drafting global settlement/coexistence, licence and assignment agreements; and conducting IP due diligence in connection with IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.
