Michael A Stallman has joined Morrison & Foerster as of counsel in the firm’s IP group. He will be based in San Francisco.
Stallman’s practice focuses on patent evaluation and due diligence investigations, strategic planning, licensing and litigation. He is noted for his experience in a wide variety of technologies, with special expertise in optics and laser-based equipment as well as medical devices. He advises optical metrology device manufacturers, laser systems manufacturers, medical device companies and communication system manufacturers. Stallman also has significant patent trial experience with US and foreign tribunals.
