Mehak Sethi has joined Lall Lahiri and Salhotra as a senior associate. She was previously an associate at Lall & Sethi.
Sethi’s practice includes providing advice to clients on prosecution; drafting of various legal pleadings, including notices of opposition, rectifications, counter statements, evidences, responses to examination reports, INDRP complaints; contractual and commercial agreements, including assignment, asset purchase and license agreements; and conducting trademark clearance searches.
