Lewis Ho Has Joined Dechert As Partner

Lewis Ho has joined Dechert’s Hong Kong office as a partner in the corporate and securities practice, where he will advise clients in the life sciences, technology, media and telecommunications sectors on patent litigation, technology transfers and commercial intellectual property matters. Ho was most recently a resident partner in the Beijing office at Simmons & Simmons.
Ho has represented international pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis in establishing research and development centers, as well as in negotiating more than 40 collaboration, outsourcing, joint venture and licensing deals with various life sciences companies, academic institutes, hospitals and contract research organizations.
