Alexander Yap has been promoted to partner at Allen & Gledhill, the firm says. Yap’s practice includes negotiating, drafting documentation for and advising on commercial transactions and arrangements, particularly in matters which relate to intellectual property, information technology and the promotion and management of data. He has experience in business process outsourcing, trademark and patent assignments and licenses, software licensing, e-commerce and franchising.
