Jim Lim has joined Khattar Wong as head of the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice. Lim, who joined the firm from Jim Lim Partnership, specializes in patents, trademarks and confidential information law, as well as in the intellectual property related areas of information technology, internet, computer law, employment, media and entertainment law. Lim represents a wide variety of multinational clients, providing advice on use of domain names in e-commerce, jurisdictional and best practices issues.
