Lovells Has Announced Plans For Second Vietnam Office

Lovells has announced plans to open its second Vietnam office in early 2009 when it enters the busy Hanoi IP market. The firm, which has had an office in Ho Chi Minh City since 1994, is noted for its IP registration and enforcement strategy work. To spearhead its Vietnam IP practice, the firm poached Greg Buhyoff from Baker & McKenzie in Ho Chi Minh City, where he handled registration, cancellation, administrative appeals, licensing, unfair competition and anti-piracy cases.
