Shook Lin & Bok has expanded its China practice with the hire of Henry Tang, who joined the firm as a partner from a firm in Jiangsu Province, China. Tang’s expertise lies in cross-border transactions, where he has advised on China-related general corporate and commercial matters and intellectual property disputes and litigation relating to business secrecy and competition law.
