Khaitan & Co Announces Return Of Gauri Rasgotra

Khaitan & Co has announced that former partner Gauri Rasgotra has rejoined the firm’s Delhi office. Rasgotra has spent the past two years as the head of the George Washington University Law School’s India Studies Center. As a partner, she will head Khaitan & Co’s litigation practice.
Her practice includes intellectual property, constitutional, environmental, corporate and infrastructure law, as well as work in arbitration.
