Ashwin Sapra Has Joined Luthra & Luthra

Ashwin Sapra has joined Luthra & Luthra, where he will head the firm’s intellectual property and pharmaceutical practice team. He joins the firm from Washington, DC-based Ascend Therapeutics, where he managed the company’s IP and corporate compliance portfolios and worked on a number of patent prosecution and litigation issues.
Sapra also boasts experience at Mayer Brown and Virginia-based IP boutique Greenblum and Bernstein.
