LawPlus has promoted Prasantaya Bantadtan to partner. Bantadtan studied law at Thammasat, Exeter and Warwick Universities and worked with the Bangkok office of Herbert Smith for two years before joining LawPlus as a founding member in 2003. She has extensive experiences in advising local and international corporate clients on intellectual property, banking and securities, restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A. Bantadtan is a registered patent attorney.
