DLA Piper Named Patent Specialist Robynne Sanders Partner

DLA Piper has named patent specialist Robynne Sanders to its partnership. Most recently a director of Watermark Intellectual Property Lawyers, Sanders will be based in DLA Piper’s intellectual property and technology practice and will be based in the firm’s Melbourne office.
Sanders is experienced in Federal Court patent litigation cases and dispute resolution, drafting licensing and manufacturing agreements and advising on confidentiality, trade mark disputes and branding, and has advised clients in the engineering, building and construction and consumer products sectors on a wide variety of intellectual property issues. In addition, in the biotechnology sector she has advised on pharmaceuticals for the treatment of diabetes, high cholesterol and cardiovascular conditions.
