Stephenson Harwood Has Named Audrey Shum Partner

Stephenson Harwood has named Audrey Shum a partner in its Greater China IP department. Shum, who specializes in advising technology and pharmaceutical companies on IP disputes and transfer and licence of technology in Hong Kong and China, was a consultant at Clifford Chance. Her clients include pharmaceutical, software, online game and high-tech companies and financial institutions. The firm has also named IP lawyer Kenny Ka Wai Wong an associate. Wong joined from Hong Kong-based Cheung, Tong & Rosa.
