P H Kurian Is Named New Controller General Of Patents, Designs And Trademarks

P H Kurian has been named the new controller general of patents, designs and trade marks in India. He took over the role on January 22. Kurian is a former industries secretary and is a member of India’s administrative civil service.
The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks is based in Mumbai.
