Yen Pham joins Schmitt & Orlov as senior IP attorney

Yen Pham has joined the fast-growing Vietnam IP team at Schmitt & Orlov Intellectual Property in Ho Chi Minh City, where she is a senior IP attorney.
Pham graduated from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and is a qualified IP agent and licensed to represent clients before the Vietnam IP Office. With more than 12 years of trademark and patent experience, Pham has extensive IP prosecution and contentious matter experience for leading IP owners. She has also represented clients in opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings, and is known for her strategic trademark portfolio management.
